Acu Points
Acupuncture points, also known as acupoints,
are specific locations on the body used in acupuncture and traditional
Chinese medicine (TCM). These points are believed to be connected to
channels called meridians, which are believed to carry energy (qi) throughout
the body. Stimulating these points with needles, pressure, or other
methods is thought to affect the flow of qi and address imbalances.
